Analysis Cube
Intune builds an OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) cube with the clients historical data and provides a tool for them to work with it.
This business intelligence tool gives the user an interactive summary view of their data without requiring them to download all of the transactional data. It provides them with key dimensions and measures as well as a means to quickly access high level information and identify trends.
Post Audit Interface
Many clients utilize a post audit service which is basically a company that reviews paid freight bills and searches for any over payments.
These companies typically receive a percentage of the savings that they detect. Intune can assist these clients by providing a standard or customized data set to clients post audit service provider.
Interactive Mapping
Intune offers interactive mapping tools.
This tool provides visual data from the pay history on such measures as pay amounts, number of shipments, weights, quantities, etc. These measures are applied to geographical areas such as countries, cities, zip codes, counties, etc that give the user a visual representation of their data.
Image DVD
A process is executed to extract all manual invoice images for a certain time period to a DVD to satisfy the client’s internal archiving requirements.
The DVD contains a lookup feature to view the images. This is typically a quarterly process.
Training
Although our freight audit and payment portal is designed to be easy -to-understand-and-use, clients are supported with training on the additional web site tools and the expansive data set to get the most out of it.

Rate Loading
Clients periodically sign pricing contracts with new carriers or renegotiate with existing carriers. As a result, our rate contract management system is updated with the latest information.
Custom Programming
Intune understands that often times custom solutions are required to accommodate a client's requirements. Our flexible design allows for custom programming to be integrated into the processing system.
