Small package processing is a specialized service due to the intricacies of the invoicing and audit. Many small package carriers do not document all the information needed to accurately audit and recover money from service and rate audits.

Hosted in a SSAE 16 compliant data center, the Intune Logistics client portal provides clients with everything they need to manage the freight audit process. Our goal is to provide clients with the most powerful online tools that maximum their visibility and interaction.
One of our clients’ favorite features is the high visibility. Visibility is available throughout the process from invoice receipt through payment on the client portal.
A common practice in the industry is to only expose freight bill data to clients once the bills are in a complete status. This can delay important data by a week or more. It is also common to not display any status information to the carrier until the bill has been rejected or processed. Intune Logistics exposes data within 24 hours of receipt to both clients and carriers and shows all key dates throughout the process.

Intune Logistics has strong integration experience with client ERP systems and WMS found in medium and large market companies. The team has ERP experience with SAP, JD Edwards and Oracle Application Systems. WMS experience includes Red Prairie and Manhattan Associates.
This provides us with the capability of passing freight payment information to these systems as required by some clients. It also allows for the clients to send us shipment data, purchase order data, customer/ vendor data, accounting data, remittance data, etc. that can be used in the process for validations.
